What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, phone number, street address and the message you write. If you text us, we see the number you text from and the photos you send.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, to look up the water line at your address, and to schedule and price the work. We don't sell it and we don't use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Our office and crews see it. If your address is in a city program, we share the details that program needs with the water utility, and only those.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we have about you by calling or emailing us. We will answer on the next working day.
